The purpose of the Sister in Success is to empower women by fostering genuine sisterly relationships, creating a supportive network, and promoting mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being through annual events and ongoing community initiatives.

Sister in Success Conference is the brain child of Melody LaSha. Having the desire to build genuine relationships with like minded women, she hosted the first Sister in Success event in 2015.  

With a small vision of only 20 attendees, Melody was amazingly overwhelmed to see that this event had over 40 attendees selling out the event.  (with so many women trying to find a ticket the day of the event.) After making such a phenomenal impact, Sister In Success became an annual event. Since 2015 over 700 women have been positively impacted by the mission of Sister in Success.
